Pick-up in Budapest
You are welcome to pick up your painting in person from my studio in Budapest, whether you live nearby or are travelling to Budapest specifically to collect your artwork.
Once your order is ready, I'll get in touch with you to arrange a convenient pick-up time.
Domestic and International shipping
I offer delivery within Hungary and internationally.
Your painting will be carefully packaged and shipped with a tracked courier service. I will arrange the shipping for you and send you the tracking information once your painting is on its way, so you can follow its journey.
I aim for your painting to arrive within 2 weeks of your order.
Because every painting is an original and needs to be packed with care, please allow a little time for preparation before it leaves the studio.

Returns
14 Days to Return
Buying an original painting is personal and I want you to feel completely confident that you've found the right one.
If, after receiving your painting, you don't feel that it's truly yours, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason.
No hard feelings. My goal is for everyone to find the painting that feels right for them.
Return Conditions
The painting must be returned in its original condition and without damage, with the original packaging wherever possible.
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order to let me know that you'd like to make a return. I'll then provide you with the return instructions.
You must send the painting back within 14 days of notifying me of your decision to withdraw.
Once the painting has safely arrived back at my studio and I have confirmed its condition, I will process your refund.
Refunds and Return Shipping
The original standard delivery cost will be refunded together with the purchase price. If you chose a more expensive delivery option than the standard delivery method, the additional cost will not be refunded.
The cost of returning the painting is the responsibility of the buyer.
I recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your return has been received and your refund has been processed.
Custom Commissions
Custom paintings are created especially for you and are therefore not eligible for the standard 14-day return or withdrawal period.
But I don't want you to feel like you're taking a gamble.
A commission is a collaborative process. We'll work together throughout the creation of your painting — from discussing your ideas, colours and preferences to sharing progress along the way — to make sure the finished piece feels personal and genuinely like you.
Once the commission has been agreed and work has begun, it cannot be cancelled or refunded simply because you change your mind about the finished painting.
